CONDITION REPORT and MARKET VALUE:

Most vehicles at Motorcycle Sales Direct, LLC (MSD) are in very good condition. Motorcycle Sales Direct, LLC (MSD) inspects and details every unit we sell, and most units are ready for the ride. Although everything we sell is on an as-is, where-is basis, Motorcycle Sales Direct, LLC (MSD) provides a complimentary condition report and market value estimate for each vehicle to assist you in the evaluation process. Though we put a lot of effort and do our best to provide you with the most accurate figures, limitation of liability fully applies to the courtesy condition report and market value estimate as well.

SPECIALS (Sales Promotions):

1. Sales promotions are not to be combined.
2. Customers are eligible for sales promotions only when purchased motorcycle is fully paid to seller.
3. Customers are eligible for Fly & Ride Airfare Bonus special (F&R) if:
4. F&R promotion was offered with the purchased motorcycle,
   1. the purchase is finalized and the item is fully paid to seller
   2. written (e-mail) approval was provided by MSD prior to ticket purchase
   3. original invoice of airfare is provided to MSD
   4. Fly & Ride Airfare Bonus ticket reimbursement is provided within 60 days from the final payment of motorcycle and limited to 300 (three hundred) US dollars.
   5. Free oil change coupon must be mailed to MSD minimum 5 business days before motorcycle pick-up.
